The Mission of the Pediatric Association of Manipur (PAM)

The mission of the PAM is to improve the health and well-being of children by:

1. Providing services, benefits, and recognition to members.
2. Educating parents and the public on their role in promoting children's health.
3. Offering expertise and scientific inputs to individuals, organizations, institutions, and the government.

Objectives of PAM

The Pediatric Association of Manipur (PAM) aims to improve the health and well-being of children by:

1. Promoting ethical and professional standards among members.
2. Achieving optimal growth, development, and health in all children.
3. Supporting pediatricians by promoting their role and opportunities.
4. Advocating for children's causes, including their growth, development, health, rights, and justice.
5. Providing a reliable source of information on child health and well-being for the public, governments, and other organizations.
6. Providing and promoting education and training for pediatricians.
7. Leading, guiding, and supporting research relevant to child health and well-being.
8. Organizing conferences, symposia, lectures, and other meetings to disseminate knowledge.
9. Promoting pediatric specialties through subspecialty chapters and groups.
10. Participating in and appraising child health programs initiated by central and state governments.
